That is they are very query intensive rather than model intensive in their design.<\/p>\n<p>Some designers start with a \u201crelational\u201d model, and then adjust it to a model that is more &#8220;ODB-oriented&#8221;, or closer to their problem domain, in order to get better results. This task is difficult.<\/p>\n<p>To help developers in their design task, ODBMS.ORG would like to report <strong>&#8220;common persistent model patterns for performance and\/or scalability optimization.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We therefore invite both vendors and Application architects, Enterprise architects, Developers who use databases to submit implementation techniques <strong>(database design patterns)<\/strong> which are generally useful for all adopters.<\/p>\n<p>The best submissions will be published in a new series of reports in ODBMS.ORG. All submissions will be published under free software licenses.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, ODBMS.ORG will give an <strong>Award for the most valuable pattern <\/strong>as voted by the ODBMS.ORG community.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Submission modalities:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nSubmissions should be sent as reports in .pdf only.
