Peter Forster

Peter Forster is IT-Architect and responsible for the Customer Service at e-Platform – the J2EE & Integration Platform of Winterthur Insurances in Switzerland.

Peter works for Winterthur since 1995 – his focus is the corporation and consulting in projects based on new technologies like object oriented development and Component-Based Distributed Systems. His main area of work are integration & J2EE platforms.

Prior to joining Winterthur Insurance Peter has worked at AEG in Konstanz. He worked as software engineer in the area of character recognition.

Later, he worked as assistant at the Faculty of Computer Science at the University Stuttgart, Germany.

Peter Forster – Dipl.Inform. – holds a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences from the University Kaiserslautern, Germany.
