Dr. Arnab Roy, Fujitsu Laboratories of America

Dr. Arnab Roy is a Member of Research Staff at the Fujitsu Laboratories of America. He is also the Lead Co-Chair of the Security and Privacy Subgroup of the NIST Big Data WG and the Initiative Lead for Cryptography of the CSA Big Data WG. Arnab obtained his PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University in 2009, where he was a Siebel Scholar. He finished his undergraduate studies from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2004, where he was awarded the Prime Minister of India Gold Medal for academic excellence. Arnab has authored over 20 papers in the field of cryptography and security, including a Best Paper Award at ASIACRYPT 2013.
