Morgan Deane, Helvea-Baader Bank Group

Morgan Deane is a member of the Board and International Head of Legal & Compliance for the Helvea-Baader Bank Group.
In this role he is responsible for Legal, Regulatory, Compliance & Risk Management matters in Switzerland, the EU, the US & Canada.
Previously Mr. Deane was Vice President of Legal & Compliance at JPMorgan covering EMEA Investment Banking & Offshore Fund Servicing.
Prior to that, he was Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Bear Stearns covering Derivatives & Distressed Debt businesses in Europe & Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Deane holds B.A, M.A, LL.B & LL.M degrees, an Int. Dip in Regulatory Compliance and is a US Attorney (New York).
He is a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association, a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a regular speaker on matters of International Regulatory Law.
