Christopher Blatchford, Director, Platform Technology, Thomson Reuters

Chris has over 15 years experience of working in the technology sector, having held several senior technology roles across the private wealth, investment banking, legal and news & media sectors. In his current role, he is responsible for technology strategy & business operations within the Technology Platform group at Thomson Reuters. Chris holds an MBA from Imperial College, an MSc from Liverpool University (Computer Science) and a BSc from Plymouth University (Digital Art & Technology).
He also sits on the Industrial Liaison board at Imperial College, advising the institute on industry technology trends and activity, and is involved in several social business engagements (pro bono), helping local businesses develop their technology strategy.
