Sonali Parthasarathy, Accenture Technology Labs
Sonali Parthasarathy is an R&D Associate Manager at Accenture Technology Labs.
Her field of expertise includes big data architecture, in-memory technologies, real-time complex event processing and on-premise cloud automated architecture. She presented a talk at one of the biggest big data conferences: Strata, Santa Clara 2013.
Her talk titled “Real-Time Network Analytics with Storm” describes an implementation of the real-time stack: Storm, Kafka and Cassandra used to solve a real-world use case detecting degradation in network speeds in CDN data.
She enjoys dabbling in new technologies and building proof of concepts. She also teaches middle school girls to code via the Girls Who Code (GWC) program, a Non Profit that recently partnered up with Accenture to close the gender gap in technology.
She has a B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University and a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Virginia.
